Kramer's TP−580TXR and TP−580RXR are an extended range, twisted pair transmitter and receiver for HDMI, bidirectional RS−232 and IR signals providing a range of 180 meters (591 feet) in Ultra mode, when using Kramer DGKat623 cables. The TP−580TXR converts HDMI, RS−232, and IR signals into a TP signal that it transmits to a TP−580RXR receiver, and the TP−580RXR converts the TP signal back into HDMI, bidirectional RS−232 and IR signals.
