Hampton, New Jersey - Kramer Electronics USA, Inc., is pleased to announce, as of March 1, 2012, Cathy Penyak has been promoted to Vice President of Finance and Human Resources.
Cathy joined Kramer USA in August 2007 as Controller, with an extensive background (20+ years) in finance and accounting. She currently holds a BS in Accounting from Allentown College, as well as an MBA degree from DeSales University. She currently resides in Easton, PA, with her husband Jim, and three sons David, Kevin and Brian.
As Kramer’s Vice President of Finance and Human Resources, Cathy will be responsible for Finance, including the Accounting, A/R and A/P Departments, as well as Operations, Inventory Control and Human Resources.
