Chief and Da-Lite have teamed with Almo Professional A/V at the E4 AV Tour, coming to Washington, D.C. on April 6 and Atlanta on April 27. We will be exhibiting new mounting solutions for projectors, monitors and flat panel displays, in-wall boxes, and ambient light rejecting screens during this event.
The E4 AV tour has traveled to cities around the country to provide product, technical and business training needs to thousands of resellers and installers while creating the ideal forum for professional networking. The E4 program offers AV professionals a full day of educational sessions for InfoComm Renewal Units as well as exclusive access to the newest high energy AV products and services.“We’re looking forward to showcasing exciting new solutions that enhance experience with technology,” said Patrick Mead, Account Manager – Channel Sales. Da-Lite has two new ambient light rejecting surfaces with Parallax 0.8 and Parallax UST 0.45. Micro layers block and absorb light for a glare and speckle-free experience. The 0.8 features an 85-degree horizontal half angle and 17-degree vertical half angle. Da-Lite will have an 82” screen on hand to demo.
Chief’s SYSAU suspended ceiling projector system cuts install time by one third. The SYSAU comes with an adjustable ceiling plate to accommodate above or below tile placement and inconsistent T-grids. Tool-free Microzone™ adjustment with positive drive keeps projectors in place once set. There are a lot more features to check out and try at the E4 tour.
Chief will also have in-wall boxes co-developed with SurgeX, Kontour Series white monitor mounts to match current office styles, a Fusion cart and the ConnexSys Video Wall Mounting System.
